Project Marck

It is an automated industrial process, which performs the CNC machining of metal parts.Process explain:

The Marck project starts with automated conveyor belts that transport different pieces of metal to a cabin, where a robot positions them inside a CNC which is capable of performing different machining.

Once the machining process has been carried out, the Orion system confirms if the machining is the correct one, and by means of a selector it sends the piece to the next process, this selector works by means of signals. The entire plant has signal monitoring, which we call Sabika.

Subsequently, each piece passes through an AI called Antares, which detects quality requirements.

Finally, if the product has sufficient quality, it is packaged and transports to its corresponding exit, where sensors and cameras detect its labels, to later go through an inventory inspection system called Aldebaran.
